Online Training: Home Ownership Opportunities

This course helps people prepare for homeownership and the home buying process. This class will cover the following topics surrounding homeownership: Understand the role of professionals in the process.

Community Lending Officer for WaFd Bank

Daniel brings 4+ years of experience in home loans and is a first-time homebuyer and purchase specialist. He loves helping the community find their first homes.

Daniel will go over the home buying process with a focus on the resources for Native Americans to take advantage of when purchasing a home with down payment assistance.


Tracy Brown

Founder, Healthy Smart Homes

Tracy has over 20 years of experience across the private, government, and nonprofit sectors, focusing on equitable community development. She is the founder of Healthy Smart Homes, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to promoting environmentally healthy homes and preventing wealth displacement in marginalized communities. Established in 2014, HSH partners with nonprofits, government agencies, and foundations to advocate for home and commercial real estate ownership, addressing systemic barriers that contribute to economic inequities. Tracy’s work spans the Greater Seattle and Boston areas, driving transformative strategies for social and economic justice.
