Ready to take the next step toward homeownership? Our Homebuyers class is designed to guide you through the home buying process with confidence. Whether you’re exploring your options or preparing to purchase, this session will provide practical tools and knowledge to support your journey.
Led by experienced professionals, the class covers essential topics including mortgage fundamentals, the home search and purchase process, and closing procedures. Participants will also learn about available down payment assistance programs including the Washington State Covenant Homeownership Program and how these resources can be leveraged to reduce upfront costs and improve affordability.

Susan provides thoughtful guidance and clear, practical insight into the homebuying process, helping participants understand financing options, navigate lending requirements, and make informed decisions. Her commitment to financial education and community empowerment makes her a valued resource for both first-time and experienced homebuyers.
